These nineteen residential units, on a brownfield site, have been designed around an internal courtyard with retail space at ground level transforming the location which has been derelict and empty for a number of years. The apartments are in a five storey building with the retail unit occupying a ground floor and basement. The new building forms an infill between the existing Edwardian frontage onto Sydenham Road. To the rear of the main building is a central courtyard with further apartments to the south side of the courtyard.
