Practice Manager

Emma has recently joined the Integral team as our new Practice Manager. She is responsible for overseeing daily office functions ensuring smooth operation across our offices. She manages the HR functions for the practice as well as liaising with insurers.

Emma brings a wealth of HR experience from her previous roles in various sectors, including a Schools Trust and a Mechanical Engineering company. She has achieved a foundation level CIPD, enhancing her skills and expertise in human resources.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys baking and spending quality time with her family. Her dog, Toby, holds a special place in her heart and is definitely her favourite family member! Unlike most of her colleagues at Integral, Emma prefers the comfort of being indoors. She loves nothing more than snuggling up with a cozy blanket and getting lost in a good box set.
