T-Level Student

Callum joined us in September 2024, one day a week as part of his engineering T-Level course at college. He enjoys being part of the team, learning new skills and gaining hands-on experience.

The challenges that structural engineering presents are fuelling his passion for this career path and the overall experience of working on real projects is building his confidence.

In his spare time, Callum enjoys daily visits to the gym.
