Cintra Park is a new row of four storey, including a basement, town houses in Crystal Palace, London. The site was occupied by a block of garages which were partially built into the sloping site. The new houses are sited in a similar position with the front driveways one storey lower than the gardens to the rear. The structure of the new houses is loadbearing masonry (blockwork inner leaf with brick outer leaf) with load bearing timber stud walling to the gable walls at roof level. The ground floor is a cast insitu concrete slab.
