Finance Manager

Elaine manages the finance function of the organisation, working closely with the Directors and Project Engineers on invoicing, cash flow, project costing and budgets. She is the person internally to go to for queries over expenses, time recording, pension and anything payroll.

Her experience in finance includes managing the bookkeeping and payroll for an AI company and a NHS surgery. Prior to that Elaine was a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting for ten years. She is enjoying learning more about the construction sector and adapting her skills.

Elaine is a regular gig attender and as with many of the team she loves cycling.
