Faculty of Engineering & Design, 4 East South
University of Bath
A new Faculty of Engineering & Design, delivered under our University of Bath framework. The concrete framed building, provides teaching facilities for architecture and engineering students and specialist laboratories for model making and practical work. The project included a specialist research hub and a state of the art data centre for the University’s ICT services. A collaborative, coordinated and integrated approach between all team members was critical to the design development and the sharing of a Building Information Model (BIM) greatly assisted in achieving this. The project was completed in time for the new academic year.
“Integral have worked on a number of projects for the University of Bath, many of which have been to tight timescales and budgets. I have found them to be highly competent, proactive and personable in their approach and they also worked collaboratively with all the team members to help ensure successful outcomes.”
Patrick Abbott, Client Project and Programme Manager, University of Bath
