Jennifer Phillips

Business Development Manager

Jenny is involved with winning new business, overseeing our marketing strategy and plan. She coordinates and writes our bid proposal documents, manages all marketing related activities including our social media presence. She also looks after our quality and environmental accreditations and supports the relevant activities across the practice.

Joining Integral Engineering Design in July 2021 she brings nine years’ experience in Business Development and key relationship management and has a particular interest in the cultural and heritage sector.

Among many hobbies Jenny grows and shows daffodils competitively at national level, has won medals and appeared on Gardener’s World. In her role as a Brownie and Guide Leader she spends a lot of time coming up with crazy activity ideas. There is always time to learn something new and she has recently discovered a flair for pottery!
