Filwood Community Centre Bristol gets go-ahead for new development plans

An exciting new chapter for the community of Filwood

We’re thrilled that Bristol City Council has granted planning permission for the redevelopment of Filwood Community Centre as part of the wider community-led regeneration. This project will enhance what is already a vibrant hub, featuring a welcoming library and a variety of social and activity spaces for the community.

Teamed with Hayhurst & Co, You&Me Architecture, BD Landscape Architects and Greengauge we’re looking forward to showcasing the power of low carbon design and creative reuse, bringing this space to life in a way that respects its heritage and enhances its future.
